Thank you for choosing WallCast. This Shipping Policy details order processing times, shipping times, and related costs. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time varies depending on the type of product you order:
1. Ready-to-Ship Products
Some products are typically arranged for shipment within 2 business days.
2. Custom Products
Our products are custom-made, and production time varies by category:
Standard production: 2-3 business days, expedited delivery: 1-2 business days
An additional 1-2 days may be required for sample confirmation before production begins
Shipping Methods and Times
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 (excluding some remote areas).
Important Information
1. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes production time (time required for printing and packaging products) and shipping time. Production time may be extended during holidays and promotional periods.
2. Split Shipments
Due to different production times and packaging requirements, products such as fabric backdrops, magnetic backdrops, and backdrop stands may be shipped separately. These items may arrive in different packages at different times.
3. International Duties
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the initial shipping cost.
4. Delivery Address Requirements
Expedited delivery is not available for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses
Please provide a detailed and accurate street address to ensure efficient delivery
Incomplete addresses may result in EMS shipping which takes longer
5. Carriers
We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and will select the most suitable carrier for your order.
If the product has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to change the shipping address free of charge
Once the item has been shipped, a $13 service fee will be charged for address modifications
Shipping Delays and Lost Shipments
Shipping Delays
In rare cases, unpredictable shipping delays may occur. While we strive to ensure orders are delivered on time, we are not directly responsible for delays caused by logistics companies.
Lost Shipments
Please contact our customer service immediately if:
The package has not been delivered
Tracking information shows delivered but you haven’t received the package
If the order is confirmed lost during shipping, we will assist with tracking and filing a claim
Liability Limitations
We strive to ensure every package is delivered on time and intact, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot control how it is handled. We are not directly liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to assist with any issues that arise during shipping.
