Store your canvas in a clean, dry place, away from moisture or high temperatures to prevent mold or deformation. Use the paper tube provided with your purchase to roll up the canvas, avoiding folds or compression to keep it smooth and intact.
2. How do I clean my backdrop canvas?
Regularly clean your canvas to maintain its appearance. Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For light stains, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth (not dripping wet), then dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners to prevent damage.
3. How can I prevent damage to my backdrop canvas?
Avoid walking on the canvas with shoes to prevent stains or scratches. Lay the canvas on a clean surface or place a protective mat (such as a rug or soft cloth) underneath during use.

How do I get wrinkles out of my backdrops?
1. Will my backdrop canvas arrive with wrinkles?
Our backdrop canvases are shipped rolled in a tube to ensure they arrive free of creases or wrinkles. You can use the backdrop directly upon receipt without additional treatment.
2. How can I remove wrinkles from my backdrop canvas?
For minor wrinkles, hang the backdrop and lightly mist the wrinkled areas with cold water using a spray bottle until slightly damp; the moisture will help smooth out the wrinkles. Alternatively, use a handheld steamer on low-heat mode to gently steam the wrinkles. Avoid frequent washing to minimize wear on the canvas.
3. How can I prevent wrinkles on my backdrop canvas?
Using a backdrop stand and clips is an excellent way to keep your canvas smooth and prevent wrinkles or sagging. For storage, roll the canvas onto the provided paper tube to avoid creases, rather than folding it.

Currently, we offer two popular fabric options for our backdrops: Microfiber and Fleece. Both materials are highly favored for their quality and features. The surface of both fabrics is fluffy, safe, and skin-friendly. They are also washer and dryer safe, which makes cleaning very easy.
Does the backdrop have physical decorations?
Unlike traditional paper or vinyl backdrops, our fabric backdrops, made from microfiber cloth, do not feature physical embellishments (such as 3D props or added decorations). The unique three-dimensional texture of microfiber naturally creates stunning visual depth during photoshoots, delivering a lifelike, immersive effect perfect for photography without the need for additional adornments.

Our magnetic backdrop canvas is made with a special material, requiring a unique securing method. We provide a two-sided magnetic canvas: first, attach the back side (magnetic) to your desired smooth surface, similar to applying wallpaper; then, align and attach the front side (also magnetic) to the back side for a seamless, stable, and professional display.
